The challenge

Working together as one team without actually working together, in the same location? At Facq they know all about it, because their team is spread over multiple locations throughout Belgium but keeps the bonds tight thanks to their annual Kick Off event, among other things.

The insight

We chose a healthy mix of business & fun, of information & effort. Within the cosy setting of the old Napoleon factory, we coupled facts & figures with tasty food and our own version of the Winter Games. Rodeo snowboard, ski mat rally, ski trousers hanging, silent Après ski disco, brainteasers,... Everyone went to extremes for their team. We ended with a nice dinner and the announcement of the winning team of the Winter Games ❄️. An edition not to be forgotten!

The result

The result? A group of people who worked incredibly hard, with and for each other. Participating also proved more important than winning, after all, a bit of competition also strengthens collegiality.
