Escape Events collects, registers and processes personal data of its customers and participants in events which it organises. The data which are communicated, expressly or by automated means, will be included and processed in the database of NV Escape-Events, Aarschotsebaan 89, 1910 Kampenhout, VAT BE 0433.651.861

Escape Events is, on behalf of its customers, the processor of personal data provided by customers, collected through customer databases, websites and/or other channels and controls the processing carried out by other parties at its request.

Use of your data

You guarantee that the data you communicate are correct and complete. Communicating incorrect data or data which belong to third parties may lead to the user being denied, temporarily or permanently, any access, wholly or partly, to the products and services of Escape Events.

We may use your data to contact you directly, by post, telephone or by electronic means, such as e-mail or SMS. When communicating by electronic means, you have the option to unsubscribe from future electronic communications.

Your data (excluding sensitive data such as political and religious beliefs, ...) may be used for the sale and promotion of products and services and to keep you informed of offers from Escape Events (event initiatives, promotions, competitions, personalised information and promotional campaigns on products, services and others) and partners.

Escape Events is in no way liable for the use of your data by third parties.

Access and correction of data

Escape Events will not keep your data longer than permitted by law and in any case no longer than necessary for the purposes stated herein.

You can access and change your registered personal data through your Escape Events contact.

You also have the right at info@escape-events.be to inspect, correct, delete and oppose free of charge the processing and transfer of your data.

General

The processing of personal data at Escape Events is subject to Belgian law. The purchase of our products and/or use of our services implies your consent to our Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time. Changes will take effect automatically after publication.
