The challenge

Training is important, we all agree. The question came from Krinkels to find an alternative to the classroom training offered to staff every year. How can we get everyone to participate actively in the training courses?

The content

By translating the content of the training into a series of activities - a fine mix between education & entertainment - we were able to keep the participants' attention. Partly by offering them variety, partly by addressing them in their daily professional lives. And, of course, a bit of competition ensured extra commitment!

The result

We saw an enthusiastic group of colleagues which translated into a high level of participation and involvement during the training, increasing the focus on safety & health.
