The challenge

An After Summer Festival as a staff party? What a fun approach! They didn't have to ask us twice. For Larcier-Intersentia, the aim of this event was to bring colleagues together in an informal & relaxed way after the summer holidays, strengthen team spirit and create a memorable experience. Ready for the final months of the year!

The interpretation

For this, the courtyard of La Ferme du Biéreau was transformed into a colourful festival setting, complete with live music, food trucks, festival games and creative workshops. A playful and dynamic atmosphere where colleagues could connect with each other in a different way. The addition of a prize for the Best Festival Outfit and a closing DJ set by the PartyShakerz made the event extra festive and interactive.

The result

The event was characterised by a relaxed and energetic atmosphere, thanks in part to the sunny weather and versatile activities. Participants visibly enjoyed the variety of music, entertainment and interaction. The Best Festival Outfit award ceremony and the closing DJ set provided a festive climax. The positive reactions and enthusiastic participation proved that it was a successful event with a strong experience and impact on team spirit.
