The challenge

Gather 300 sales & marketing colleagues around a central theme that every attendee can relate to. The first event after the Covid period when people barely saw each other physically.

The insight

With a nod to the ‘real’ Olympics and fully in the ‘Olympic spirit’ , we organised our own version. With a-typical disciplines in which every colleague could excel. Team spirit, fun, connection, ..., these were just a few of the elements that were addressed during the entire event.

The result

Rarely seen so many happy faces at an event, everyone, without exception, was actively involved in the activities which led to that 'ENGIE feeling' which we cherished long afterwards (dixit Francesca Pellizarri, Event Coordinator)
